1st you purchase a white rose potato in December, you wait several weeks and it doesn't sprout. You then place it on the shelf in the laundry room hoping the heat and humidity from the laundry will convince it to sprout. When nothing happens you use a russet left over from Christmas dinner. Then in July you find the Rose potato that had been shoved to the back of the laundry room shelf has sprouted☺
Guess I'll try planting...got nothing to lose?
