This is a pic of Jesse G that I planted 4 months ago. It is only a few inches high and doesn't seem to be growing at all anymore. The browning leaves is new-we've have record rainfall the last few weeks, so I associate that with the browning. But the puny size has been going on for the whole 4 months it's been in. Others I've planted at the same time have taken off and are ready to bloom soon. Is it just a bad tuber? Could I risk moving it, since it's obviously not doing well anyway? I'm sad as I really wanted that one this year...Any ideas, thoughts are appreciated.
