SOLVED: White flowering shrub

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

A neighbor has this white flowering shrub that she doesn't know the name of. In spring (TX) it has clusters of white flowers and I believe it is deciduous. Please help ID, and I would love to know how it can be propagated.

Are they scented? I want to say a "Mock Orange" but don't know if they grow down there...

Josephine, Arlington, TX(Zone 8a)

Yes, Mock Orange.

Northumberland, United Kingdom(Zone 9a)
