hi, i have ivy growing from my neighbors fence and now has come down the wall and along the ground. how can i kill it? if i bury the ivy thats on the ground will that at least kill the portion that is on the ground?

Knowing how vigorous ivy can be, burying it might just make it root more and spread worse than it already is.

As long as your neighbor has it, try not letting it come over your side of the fence at all. This will probably become a constant project, but better than having it take over your side.

Don't bury it, it will root and come back!
