I found this little guys while eating lunch by the side of a drainage pond at work. It is only about 5 in tall and blooms on a stalk. The unusual thing is that the flowers have green from the petal tips about 1/3 if the way up. Sorry for the blur.

I dound it doing a search on FL wildflowers. It's called white top sedge or star rush
