I grew this from a mixed packet of seeds. The petal edges seem scalloped. Although it looks like there are separate petals, I think it's because of the wind shredding the flower. The flower is pretty large and the leaves are light green and variegated. Any help with an ID would be much appreciated!

I agree you probably have a morning glory. There are several varieties with variegated foliage. There is one called Rose Silk that's similar but the flowers have more pink to them. Does the seed packet list information on what types of seeds were included?

Well, it says it's a mix of all types 'including hige, shibori and kikyouzaki'. It was a good way to get a range, but the only problem is now I can just call them 'the pink one' or 'the purple striped one'. Not that it's a real problem, but I figured that if anyone could ID them, it would be someone in the Dave's Garden community! I thought I'd give it a try. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look it up.
