Saw what I think is a tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa) at Anderson Gardens in Rockford, Il., however, I cannot identify the cultivar or determine it origin. As can be seen, the flower is tight, much like a rose and was about 7" in diameter at this stage of bloom. I would appreciate any help I can get on this and possibly where it might be available.
