Not sure this woud be the right forum, but thought I'd try here first.

I have two different varieties of purple hyacinth bean vines that I received at a swap. I knew they were different varieties because the bean pods looked slightly different. Well, now I really know they are different because one is blooming and the other isn't. They are in the same bed with the same light conditions, same soil, watered the same, but one is blooming (the vines are not nearly as big or full) and the other is full and lush without a single bloom. The blooming one has been blooming since mid spring.

Any ideas why it isn't blooming? Any hope for it? It looks very healthy.
