I am growing three varieties of Heirloom sweet potatoes this year that I would like overwinter so as not to have to buy slips from a commercial source next year.

Are there any sweet potato growers out there that grow your own slips from your overwintered sweet potatoes and how do you overwinter them?

Are certain sized potatoes better for overwintering?

Thanks,

Jerry
