Post a negative feedback for this trader. It won't help you, but it can help other people.
And maybe there is a possability to exclude this trader if you send a D-mail to Dave about your experiences.

I agree about leaving feedback, and also dispute the charge with your credit card (assuming that's how you paid).

hmmm . . .i must be in the same/similar 'club'.

I bought a collection. they said would be labeled. when i asked about one of the labels
- no response. without knowing the specific name, i cannot give best location by height, color, and other needs.

now i notice two of the collection are not growing/sprouting at all!! uggh

From what I have been told, this person stuck around long enough to rip some of us off and then bugged out!!! So far no luck in recovery, my biggest complaint is that it leaves one feeling so depressed at the way of the world. But I am a forever optimist and will continue to invest my time and resources into beautifying my world and that of those around me to the best of my abilities.

That's terrible! Did you pay with Paypal? It's pretty easy to get your money back, then.

One key in expectations regarding a seller is to first check the "Joined Date." I have sent new seller/members questions that never get answered. And then,
I too almost got taken by this same seller. He and I were quibbling about the $17.00 shipping fee for a small leafless plant, when he finally pulled up stakes and disappeared from DG.

I have found the long-time DG members who are sellers are kind, honest, generous, and conscientious.

I too suggest you go to Paypal and file a dispute. The money should be refunded in no time. If it doesn't work out with Paypal, then your next option is to go the credit card or even debit card company which you used to pay for the items through Paypal. I have been through this with Ebay Sellers and one way or another, I have been successful in getting my money back.

Good luck.

Cindy

Edited to say:

Just to clarify, I did not mean to put down other auctions or their sellers, I was just pointing out unfortunate experiences of shopping on-line. I'm sorry if it sounded like that. My personal gripe is excessive shipping fees for sales which I have just learned to avoid period.

Bottom line, is that you always have recourse when paying with a credit or debit card directly or through Paypal.

U ONLY GET A REFUND FROM PAYPAL IF THE SELLER HAS MONEY IN THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT...i HAVE LOST MONEY THIS WAY WHEN THE SELLER DOESNT HAVE ANY FUNDS IN THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.. i USE MY DEBIT CARD TO PAY..
