I planted Japanese Radishes and these came up along with a couple radish plants. What kind of pea is this?

that looks like a radish that has gone to seed. the green seed pods are edible or maybe you could just save the seeds from them.

Hi Andrew, thanks...I unfortunately pulled it out this morning. And it is a radish..I did eat one of the pods yesterday and it tasted like a radish. My boyfriend said it was a pea...I will save the seeds. I guess I dry them like other seeds.

generally when saving for seed the pods are left to dry on the plant. at this stage the seeds may not be viable but its worth a shot =). just wait till the pods are dry and brown and they should crack open, some require more force than others.
