any one in florida want to quit smokeing but cant afford the patches call here call 1-877-U-CAN NOW (1-877-822-6669)
most states have a number now to call also . Paul

congratulations! Paul.

Its been about 30 years for me when I was smoking 2 packs a day in college.

I found that drinking LOTS of water really helps. The first 2 weeks are the worst because you have to flush all the toxins out of your system and re-adjust your metabolism -- but the main thing is to come to terms with the little social environments that always trigger grabbing for a cigarette. Mine was a cup of coffee and writing term papers.

Chewing gum is good also.
