WOW!!! I am in awe. This is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven on earth. I will be back for my husband to see and just to look again and again.
And you have built all of this in a Zone 5b! I am in a micro-climate in Anchorage, Alaska which I have guessed to be about the same. We had a very late snow fall just a week ago to start winter off, and I don't imagine I will see dirt for another five and a half or six months. My fish are asleep, and my hard in covered in burlaped cages, upside down buckets over special plants. Mine is a small garden, 12,000sf lot with a house in the middle, and flat as a fritter. But your blending of plant types and colors is such an inspiration. Maybe I can start arranging, not just dig a hole and plant. After 55 years in Alaska the habit of "just find something pretty that will come back" and plant it with no plan should end. Thanks so much for sharing although I am eaten up with envy. :(
