The colors are realistic colors found in each part of the window. The wood has a grain to it as wood does. The rock on the wall has the look of stone as found in the antique barns around the world. The tree tops show multi shading as trees look in nature. The rooster's comb (red parts) are textured as they look on an actual rooster. The eye of the rooster is an antique and very life-like. The feathers on the of the rooster are wispy to make it look like actual feathers. The sky is lite as a dawn would be and in person will show various colors as the sky looks on a wonderful calm morning. The sky and clouds were hard to capture with the camera. I added shadows to areas to keep the realistic look example where the rooster is standing and some on the haymow door and wall. The entire window from when I started to design and draw it to finished art work as seen in the photo took approximately 146 hours.
That is an absolutely gorgeous Rooster. I love Roosters. You did a great job.
Maybe he will commission you to do a hen to go with the Rooster. Best of
Luck in all you do.
