Hey everyone
several years ago we all had a good time learning from others and their mistakes. Making new friends and helping one another out . It was alot of fun and funny stories that followed

well today i m made the Habenero Gold jelly
well i put to much vinager in it Duh !
so i yanked my strainer and washed it all out . Then added the right amount.
I was not about to dice up another 2 cups of small peices of red pepper , onion and habenero pepper . LOL
worked good
got it in the fridge to sit overnight
so tomorrow i hope to get through the canning process with no accidents or mishappens
oh and i do need glasses LOL yeah some day i will get out of denial
