I picked up this plant from a park's hedge, attracted to its lovely little white flowers. Can anyone tell its name for me?

The 'pods' seen below the flower seems sticky to the touch (yes, like my plumbago capensis, which has azure blue flowers) and they have 'hairs'. This plant needs some support of a hedge to grow. The flower is about a cm. wide.
