I want to deadhead my flowers but also want to save seeds. Can I deadhead them and dry the seeds or should I leave them on the plants to dry and then deadhead?
Best to let the seeds dry (mature) before removing the seedhead from the plant. Removing them when they are developing might be compared to an abortion of an animal foetus.
