Does anyone know what type of plant is this? I'm quite sure this is a flower type plant.

The leaves are thick, kind of hairy. The stem is red. Any ideas?

Livingstone or Livingston Daisy. I grew some this year from seed- Beautiful daisy like flowers when they bloom. Seem to like dry.
