Well, here we are in our golden years and haven't a will. Just always figured we'd live forever! Going to make appt. to see lawyer soon, but wondering which is best...will or trust. Have only one child, married. Never gave much thought to "what if" one of us winds up in nursing home, tho. Any ideas?
