My young peony plants have not been looking healthy and have developed a whitish film on the leaves. Kinda hard to describe but the leaves starting to look milky colored rather than green Does anyone know what this is or what I can do to make them healthier? See the photo although it doesn't show up as well as I would like..some of the leaves also getting some brownbut it is the whitish film that is the most prevalent. I am new to trying peonies and these were planted 2-3 years ago and more than one variety is showing the same problem. Thanks for any help and suggestions!!
