I am wondering if any of you remember the W.T. Grant stores from the 1950's. We had a beautiful set of dinnerware from there. The store sold it open stock. It was white china with roses on it. I don't have a photo. I am just hoping someone remembers the name of it.

Hi! Sorry, I don't know, but your query brought back good memories. Two suggestions that may help while you wait for an angel with a good memory:

http://www.replacements.com/ has zillions of china patterns for sale. If any of the china still exists, you'll find it there.

"cottage rose" was a very popular pattern for the last hundred years or so. Here are some images:
