Beginner Vegetables: What's Eating my Pumpkin Leaves?

Whatever it is is green and black striped, flies, moves quickly and is tiny, about 1/4" long. I'll post a second pic of the leaf damage. How do I control them organically? You could try this pheromone lure http://www.johnnyseeds.com/catalog/product.aspx?category=292... which I'm not sure how well it works. They spread disease to cucumbers and melons but they like all cucurbits and several other vegetables just as well.
