| This is my first real piece of garden art. The stone birdbath pedestal came from a thrift store ($2). There was no basin. A light fixture cover (another $2) works perfectly, the opening in it and the pedestal fitting being the same size. It's just what my little garden needed! Click the image for an enlarged view.

| Yes -- I don't have a house big enough to store all the plans that didn't! I have pieces of this and that and I just know I can make something out of them ... one day! |

| Thank you all. The fence border was something I got at Lowe's. Now if I could just get that Bermuda grass to stop growing up through the weed barrier and the layer of mulch! |

| very pretty
don't you just love a bargain?!
last year i got a really nice cement bird bath at an upscale nursery for about 15 dollars--it had a hairline crack somewhere i couldn't see but didn't hold water --worked fine for me since i used it to hold a big potted plant and was glad the rain water would drain out before mosquitos lay eggs |

| PRETTY! Hey you can make those with pvc pipe, stone spray and for the top, the big plant trays for the bath itself. You just glue that on with epoxy. I made a couple for our garden. Turned out quite nice. Thought I would share that with yall. Just incase some one is ready for a new project. |

| Our camera passed away. Hope to be getting another, soon. Hubby says he will buy this one. Although I may have to light a fire under him to get him to move. Soon as camera gets in my hot little hands, will send pictures of the bird baths. They are very simple to make. And after you spray them you wont even know they are made from pvc pipe. |

| Heres the picture of the bird bath made with PVC pipe and a plant tray for the top. Things move a little slow in the south. Sorry it took so long for me to get back with yall. Click the image for an enlarged view.

| Nifty -- so how far into the ground do you have your PVC pipe going? That's a really neat way to give height to your garden. |

| I think its depth is 14in. Just real simple to do. And the stone spray comes in plenty of colors to choose from. Had an old gazing ball on a stand in another spot. It had seen better days so I,took the ball off and, made one out of it also. We do keep water in that one for the birds. If any of yall decide to make one I want to see the pics. |
