Welcome Brug lovers to the Brug sprout off contest!!!
Our contestant list is complete and the game is on! Your seeds are in the mail!
Please welcome our Judge Joeswife (Debra)! She will be posting to tell you what she will be looking for in our plants that will enable her to pick a winner.
Hopefully you have decided what you will BET that your Brug is the best Brug. Please post a picture of the plant or description of the seeds or garden item that you have chosen to place in the pot. Winner takes ALL!!!
Below is the list of the contestants and the rules:
1) Your name must be on the list (posted below) to participate.
2) Competition begins the moment you receive your envelope in the mail. So consider the clock to begin ticking the moment that envy hits your mailbox.
3) A pic of your final sprouted plant must be posted with ruler for comparison no later than Midnight, EST Nov. 1, 2009.
4) How you decide to sprout and grow your seed is completely up to you.. rememeber, you will be receiving 4 seeds. The more you germinate, the more you increase your chances of growing the tallest brug!
Research is NOT cheating.. and is encouraged. there is a wealth of information to be found from experienced brug growers on the Brugmansia Forums.. if you've never grown brugs before.. book mark that forum... you'll be using it a lot.
