As far as I', concerned, E bond 600 will work and is easy to find, but the best is a restorastion glass glue. Look for an epoxy that says it will remain crystal clear. Use the tiniest ammount possible and clean up oozes with a swab dipped in nail polish remover. The epoxy I use is quick set so I only have to hold it for a few minutes and after 24 hours it's waterproof and permanant.
Stay away from Super glues, they will yellow or let go after a while.
