    Wow, I found many okra lovers here. Okra tastes good in everything. I stir fry them with onion,garlic,ginger, mustard seed and a few curry leaves,or steam them or just pop them into any curry, goes well both into the vegetable curry or fish curry. Of all this eating the young okra raw is the best... These are okras from my garden, I have planted both the green and the red and both are delicious.

    Beautiful okra!

    It is great to see the responses from all around the world. It is truly an international vegetable!

    Last night I had okra stir fried with onions, tomatoes and zucchini. I seasoned with a splash of hot vinegar.
