I have cut off the "sucklers" of my Mortgage Lifter Tomato, and placed them in a bucket of water. Is this right? Or do you just place the cuttings in the ground?
I live in zone 9 and I had tomatoes last year well into December, I thought I'd try this method instead of buying new plants.
Looking forward to your advise friends...
