Hi Everyone:

Haven't been on in awhile. Having a new grandson, having my grand-daughter and nephew down and working 3 markets has kept me pretty busy this year.

Have a question of you all? Do you have other folks work markets for you and if so, how do you pay them?

My son was recently laid off and I want to start him working with us as we grow. I am eventually going to have him work some markets that we can't attend and was wondering how he should be compensated. Is it by hourly range or a split of income? My main concern with hiring help was that this is a cash business and if the person wasn't someone I could aboslteuly trust then it was problematic to say the least

I'd appreciate any input.

Thanks
BB
