I love Pulmonarias! Such interesting flowers the way they change color. I have a couple plants of "Mrs. Moon" and another one that escapes my memory right now. The only problem is that they get powdery mildew so bad. I'm going to have to look into that "baby blue". Perfect size to fit into a garden that is already full.

Todd, I'm with Ky, in that I don't remember seeing them around here. Maybe somehow I've missed them at the nursery or plant sales, or could it be they don't grow well down here? They really look like pretty flowers! Thanks for the article.=)

Thanks for a wonderful article. I have never heard of these either. You say that they are hardy to zone 3. I understand this is the cold factor, but what about the heat factor. I live in 9-a. Would it survive the heat? I would love to help the bees again. Thanks again, Lucy

Alas, I think they would cook in zone 9.
