Hi, all,

(Now please don't send me to the recipe forum! I want to know what the master mater growers do with all their harvest bounty!!) (-:

So, I am searching for some way to preserve our bountiful tomato harvest...we have many 'romas' we planted for sauces that are ripe and ready to preserve, but then we have a number of 'heirloom' tomatoes and then some 'big boy' type tomatoes too, that need immediate attention.

I would like to know, please, an 'Easy No-Brainer' way to save some of the harvest, and then maybe a gourmet sauce, salsa, etc., recipe or two.

But First a way to save some of these tomatoes coming off the vines and soon to be beyond eating...

Thanks sooo sooo very much. T.
