1. When is it time to pick pomegranates? My one and only this year split before I thought it was time to pick it, so I'm wondering if I goofed.
2. Does anyone have a method for juicing them? I've got fantasies of pomegranate sorbet, and a bag of pomegranates from my haircutter, but can't quite figure out how to get the two to come together...
