Just teasin'. I'd say an amaranthus too. Not sure on the variety though.

Perhaps A. cruentus? Here's a photo of one variety called 'Hot Biscuit' that looks pretty close, but it's hard to tell for sure: http://www.anet.com/~manytimes/album/photo/hotbiscu.jpg
