They were given to me. They are green with a narrow ivory edging. They had a tall stem with small white flowers last month. Do you know what they are? There are many different colors and blossoms of plantain lily hosta so I don't know if they all fall under that type or if there is a more specific name. Too dark now to take photo but will take one in morning.
Venice62, if you go to the plant identification forum and post a photo, I bet you'll know within hours. I did that with a weird plant and, literally, I had an answer even to the specific genus of the plant in a couple hours! It was amazing how much the DG readers know!
I should have waited until there was some daylight and I could take a photo. I have had several plants ID'd over there very quickly. All of you guys are so smart. Photo coming in AM!
I wish I knew my hostas - I have two different ones and have no clue what type they are. I may take photos and see if I can get them ID'd too since I look at photos and simply can't tell.
Thanks - that's Han, our collie. He is a rescue dog I found on petfinder.com - amazing animal - we do nursing home therapy and the residents love him. Here's his glamour shot, ha.
