In our new home (to be built ) we are including a screened-in-porch. How do we winterize the screened area? The size of the porch is :19x12, with 3ft. panels from floor to screened in area (which extends to ceiling ). We would like to install something that would keep out the rain and snow, while looking nice, as well. We have a large back yard which we would like to view year round. So, the material would have to be durable and clear. Also, what type of flooring would you suggest?...thanks for your help!

I can't remember the name, but there are windows that crank open in place like venitian blinds, so full air flow. Would not be as tight as the house, but would allow use of the area in the winter. In fact we had a house with those windows - they do get cold without changing the screens for storm windows.
