I just ran across this blog when I was looking for information on canning yellow tomatoes. Very impressive! It is relatively new looking because of the dates, but I think definitely one to watch.

The author works as a horticulturist and posts questions from their work plus answers questions submitted by other readers. Seems to know A LOT!

Celest, very interesting site, I especially liked reading about the venius flytrap. If we keep all this good reading up we will have to get extentions for our arms to scratch our heads lol
