I have a Travelrs Palm for about 3 years now It has 19 leaves and healthy about 18 fet tall. Normally when a new leaf comes out it is in the center of the palm, however as I check on my palm I noticed that there were 4 new leaves coming out at the same time in different places, this is the first time I have had more than one leaf at a time and in different locations, Is this a problem, or just a happy palm? Also how long before the Palm trunks?

Ravenala madagascariensis, The Traveler's Tree is not a Palm, but rather more closely related to a Banana.

The leaves coming out in different places is just the plant beginning to form a clump.

Sounds like your plant is healthy and doing well!
