We've started looking around for an outside wood furnace and can find few reviews. The ones that have the water system are very expensive and we'd have to go with used to get one of those. Found one without the water option called Lil House; wondering if there's anyone here that's had experience with this one (they have a good website); also found an ad for a D&H Outdoor Wood Furnace and can find nothing on them, not even a website. Anyone know anything about these? Beyond that, I've found at another forum that Hardy, Heatmor and Woodmaster are all good ones but very high and have the water system, making installation more complicated. Looking for opinions...

So far the outdoor woodstoves are not EPA certifiied. they release toxins into the atomosphere on a level that
is prehistoric in values. Most towns have now outlawed anyone using them because of the amount of
pollution they spew out. I would be researching a woodstove that is energy/green compliant with some sort
of standards.

Beside that, they are wood guzzlers. Our friends, burn tires for gosh sake when they are low on wood.
I can't believe the amount of wood these things use.

thats my 2cents. We did some research and decided to stick with an indoor stove.
