Hi. A grant from Maddie's fund has been providing $10 and $20 spay/neuter surgeries for dogs and cats for the last few years for owners with "ACCESS" cards (arizona medicaid?). The grant also covers FREE spays and neuters for pitbulls and pitbull mixes. THE PROGRAM IS ENDING THE END OF OCTOBER. If you know anyone on "ACCESS" or people with pit bulls or mixes, PLEASE have them take advantage of this great program before it ends.
