Please help ID this spider. Very small, tiny red marking on it, Dozens of them in my coastal NC yard,

Thanks for the reply.
The spiders are tiny. Their webs are organied, not funnel like;
They are in azelea bushes about 2-3 feet off the ground.
They have 3 little orange-red marks - one horizontal, 2 vertical, one down each side.

They do not have the large round back like black widows.
