As a matter of interest, I only know the printer's measures Ens & Ems from crosswords. What do they measure?
This is a Eucalypt. Should that be an Eucalypt? It doesn't sound right.
Species. Sounds like "Big Two Bobs"
Common name. "Ebony Crates"

| They measure your ems and ens obviously! I have absolutely no idea Stake. I am guessing it is regarding the old art of setting lead type. I only know it from crosswords as well! The dictionary says ems is a unit of measure equalling 12 point. So if you type in 12 point it is in ems. Confusing? Try this:
en |en|
noun Printing
a unit of measurement equal to half an em and approximately the average width of typeset characters, used esp. for estimating the total amount of space a text will require.

I'll go largiflorens - Black Box
Two big Bobs = large - florens (= two bob)
Sorry but must be bed time! I originally read it as 'two big boobs'.
Will add something tomorrow night. Sandman calls!
