Need help with the seed germination of the Ragoon Creeper seeds. What process do you use?

Just looking through some of your posts and saw the Ragoon Creeper. Did you figure out how to grow from seeds?
I have this plant but have not tried seeds. I moved it to another spot but must have missed some roots as it re-grew
again in original spot, so now have it in two locations. This is pic of it last year...covered about 10 ft of fence.

I nicked them and then soaked them in warm water and planted 5 of them about 2 months ago and so far nothing.
