I found this angel in the dumpster. It's hand carved from a tree trunk (or a branch of something) . One of it's wings was broken off and taped to the back of it and it was painted garish colors with glitter and stars on it. The paint was all peeling off and it had black hair and freckles. (Yikes !) Appears to be Mexican folk art ...the proprtions are a bit skewed, but...
He got a make-over and is now hanging off to one side of a rose arbor.
The flower he's holding is confusing the heck out of the hummingbirds !!!
