I have had a problem all season. As you can see has not stopped production of tomatoes. Been pulling bad leaves until almost none left. New leaves emerging. Have used insecticide for flea beetles, a fungicide and finally a copper dust, which I believe is the one that slowed down the whatever it is. ( Did not use all at same time, and waited at least a week in between.) We have had lot of rain.

Was posted on beginner gardening.
