I've grown the Lady Godiva Squash (also known as the hulless seeded pumpkin) for the first time this year. Today I found three of them (orange in color) which stems had detached from the main vine, so I brought them home. Now, what do I do with them? The seed catalogue promised edible orange flesh as well as the hulless seeds, however, I've read elsewhere that the flesh is basically worthless. How does one harvest the hulless seeds? Is it pretty much the same as seeding a pumpkin? How does one know they're ready? The seeds should be washed and roasted, or ...? Any input will be appreciated!
