My sister and her daughter-in-law are at the end of their ropes! They have twin boys who are 19 months old and one of them is a screamer. He screams when he doesn't get what he wants, when he is upset, when he get his mouth wiped, and even for no reason. When they are shopping for groceries and he is in the cart he screams ever so often for no reason. They had to quit going out to lunch with the boys because of his screaming. They have tried spanking him, talking to him, giving him more attention, ignoring him-----------------------nothing seems to work. Has anyone had any experience with this? Anyone have any suggestions on what to do with such a hard headed kid?
