Is it possible to "OVERADD" organic material to raised beds? I'm wishing to amend poil soil area with organic matter in a raised bed. This fall I would like to add bags and bags of organic humus and manure. Will this be overkilling a good thing?

If the manure is still 'hot', it could be a problem. Otherwise, it should be fine. One of my best beds started out with almost 100% organic material. A real key is to have enough microbes to make all the organic matter bioavailable for plants.
