...apparently it IS possible to have too much basil!
That's my biggest mixing bowl (larger than standard size, I think) filled with pesto. I ran out of romano cheese and olive oil. And I still am only about half-way through the basil!
Gotta go back to Sunflower tomorrow and re-stock... and figure out how I'm gonna store all this stuff! :)
