Today marks 2 weeks that we have left for our journey to the PNW. We have had a fabulous trip, the weather, the sites and of course Buchart Gardens in Victoria, BC.
We are presently in Castro Valley (Bay area). We arrived here today and will be here until Friday. We will be attending a memorial for my DD's FIL who passed away just before we left.
I did get to meet another DG friend in Salem, OR. Her name is Lenjo/Joann. We have talked over the yrs and it was so nice to finally meet her. We met at Swan Island Dahlias and walked through the beautiful fields of lovely flowers.
I have taken a lot of pictures, but unforturately I can't download them on the trip, so will have to post them when I get home. Speaking of home...can't wait to sleep in my own bed for a change. lol I sure hope I still have some gardens left with all the heat you've had these last 2 weeks.
We should be home Friday nite, so talk to you all then.
