I purchased several tomato plants at the same time. They all came from the same place. Two were sweet one hundreds.
Well to keep this short...a friend had an emergency so I knew I wasn't going to get my bed ready so I planted them in slightly larger pots to give them room until I got them in a perminent place...well...one of my sweet one hundreds has taken on a life of it's own! While the other 8 or 9 plants have grown the amount you would expect over a couple of week, this thing has taken off! It is 3 feet tall! I swear you can watch it grow! I've never seen anything like it...it's obviously a tomato from the leaves. It's just VERY tall with sparse leaves.
My qusetion is should I top it so it will fill out? or should I just see where it goes? It might take over the small town I live in at this rate...lol... Any help would be welcome at this point...I feel stupid here but, I have no clue what to do with the thing.
Hugs,
Jamie
