I was given 3 of these miracle fruit seeds and managed to germinate one. It said to keep it in humid conditions so I planted it in one those cooked chicken plastic holders and it worked wonderfully. I had seen this idea used here on DG and will try it again for other seeds that need high humidity.

I love the chicken trays to start seeds in too...with or without plastic top. Also like the black tray bottom to start grass sod...get some cuttings for a lawn and lay them in a few inches of old chipper mulch. Great for filling in bald parts of lawn or extending my lawn into the rough

I buy Costco cooked chicken quite often and never thought of using the containers for seedlings. Thanks!

What medium did you start that seed in? It looks like peat moss mixed with something.

It's peat moss mixed with MG potting soil.
